As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
- Maintain and organise project documents
- Weekly and monthly progress claims
- Assist with purchase orders
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a project administration role, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
