A leading Civils and Infrastructure company, known for delivering essential project and services are seeking a Project Administrator to support our dynamic project teams.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, with responsibilities spanning administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for project teams.
- Manage work orders, purchase orders invoices and receipts.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Prepare and distribute project updates and communications.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Previous experience in a related role within the construction or infrastructure industry is preferable.
- Proficient in relevant software software such as MYOB and SAP is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Must be able to communicate well with customers and work in a fast paced environment.
