Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently through strong administration, coordination, and communication across all stages of the construction process.
The Role:
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and wider project team
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Managing RFIs, purchase orders, variations, and subcontractor documentation
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Monitoring project timelines and tracking key deliverables
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with invoicing, contracts administration, and compliance documentation
- Maintaining accurate and organised project records
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator or Construction Administration role
- Experience within commercial construction or a related industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
