Project Administrator

Location: Multiple metropolitan locations across Melbourne’s northern and eastern suburbs
Project Value:$15M
Contract Term: Immediate start – April 2026 (with potential extension / temp-to-perm opportunity)

A market leader in modular construction is seeking a Project Administrator to join their delivery team and support the successful completion of three new kindergarten facilities for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

The Opportunity
This role will see you working closely with a Contract Administrator and Senior CA across three active sites. With pre-construction and subcontractor procurement completed, the projects are ready to move straight into delivery. You’ll provide administrative and contractual support to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Contract Administrator and Senior CA in contract administration and site delivery
• Assist with processing variations, claims, compliance records and reporting
• Maintain documentation and correspondence through Aconex and Navision
• Liaise with institutional clients, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
• Ensure contract requirements, including social engagement stipulations, are accurately tracked and met

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within construction
• VSBA project experience or institutional client exposure (highly desirable)
• Strong skills with Aconex; exposure to Navision an advantage (training provided)
• Background in modular construction(highly desirable due to its pace)
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
