Working closely with clients, consultants and a small project team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while maintaining exceptional technical standards and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and delivery of hospitality and retail projects from Design Development through to Construction Documentation and Contract Administration.
- Coordinate and manage projects with clients, consultants and internal team members.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and detailed construction packages.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest design and technical standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members throughout project delivery.
- Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings and site inspections where required.
- Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Registered Architect or experienced Project Architect with demonstrated project delivery experience.
- Strong background delivering hospitality, retail or commercial projects.
- Excellent technical documentation and detailing skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently while working within a small, collaborative team.
- Confident coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.
- Strong understanding of Australian Building Codes, NCC and relevant standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Revit is highly regarded.
