The Role You’ll be working on large, complex projects with significant scale, responsibility and longevity. The role is delivery-focused and will involve:
- Managing projects through documentation and delivery phases
- Leading coordination with clients, consultants and authorities
- Producing and overseeing high-quality documentation in Revit
- Planning project workflows, timelines and resourcing independently
- Supporting and mentoring junior architects within the project team
- Taking ownership of your work and maintaining momentum across project stages
- Proven experience as a Project Architect or mid-level architect
- Strong background in multi-residential, student housing or co-living projects
- Solid experience managing clients and consultant teams
- Excellent understanding of project delivery and documentation processes
- High-level Revit proficiency
- The ability to work independently and plan ahead
- Confidence mentoring junior team members
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A well-established Melbourne studio of 35–40 people
