We’re seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a well-established builder delivering large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark $50M retail refurbishment while developing your career within a supportive and professional team.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project.
Y our responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
- Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5 years experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with a Tier 3 Builder, preferably in the retail sector
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ambition to develop your career within a dynamic builder
- Ideally experienced in Jobpac and Procore
