As the Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, communication and project administration are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of construction projects.
- Preparing and managing project documentation including RFIs, variations, contracts and project correspondence.
- Coordinating procurement, purchase orders and material deliveries.
- Monitoring project programmes, milestones and key deliverables.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assisting with project reporting, cost tracking and financial administration.
- Maintaining compliance documentation and accurate project records.
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up outstanding actions.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using construction management software is highly regarded.
