We are on the search for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our client’s existing and growing team. Our client is a well-respected and recognised consulting advisory offering design, architecture and construction expertise. You will be working with major retail names to deliver meaningful spaces that connect with customers.
The Opportunity
You’ll support the delivery of projects from concept through to on-site completion – assisting with concept development, documentation, RIs, and coordination through to final build. Our client partners closely with a rotating group of builders as part of a national rollout program.
This role will suit someone who understands the build process and can confidently liaise with both design and construction teams.
You should have 3–5 years’ experience in a similar coordination role and bring energy, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to a creative, youthful environment.
Must-have requirements:
- Background in project coordination, architecture, or design & build
- Solid understanding of the design and construction process
- Excellent communicator, confident supporting consultants and builders
- Collaborative, organised, and eager to contribute to a vibrant office culture
- Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
