Working alongside an experienced Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Site Team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating documentation, subcontractors, and project administration to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with documentation, procurement, and scheduling
- Coordinate subcontractor communications and project administration
- Prepare and track project documentation, including RFI’s, variations, and site instructions
- Support progress reporting, budgets, and program updates
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and project delivery standards
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers to support project outcomes
- 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Contract Administrator within the fit-out or commercial construction sector
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with project software and documentation management
- Fit-out experience highly regarded but not essential
