Due to continued growth and the recent award of a major new project, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their high-performing team.
This role will support the delivery of a new $140M+ project located north of the river, offering the opportunity to be involved in a significant, large scale build from an early stage through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and flag risks or delays to the Project Manager and Site Manager
- Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and variation/change orders
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support efficient and cost-effective delivery
- Assist Project Managers with planning, budgeting, and scheduling across all project phases
- Track project costs and contribute to regular financial and progress reporting
- Ensure project activities comply with specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations
- Maintain organised, up to date records and documentation for all project duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management within the construction industry
- Experience on large scale construction projects valued at $50m+
- Proficiency in construction project management systems and software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
