This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, insurers and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly, compliantly and within timeframes.
About the role:
- Manage end-to-end contract administration across insurance repair projects (residential & commercial).
- Prepare and issue building contracts, subcontractor agreements, scopes of work and purchase orders.
- Review invoices, budgets, manage claims, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation of projects.
- Liaise daily with insurers, assessors, trades and clients, providing consistent updates and customer service
- Monitor project progress, ensuring workflow compliance and reporting deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation, portal updates and system records to meet audit and legislative requirements.
- Previous experience in insurance building, remedial construction or insurance repairs (essential).
- Strong contract administration and financial acumen.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, process-driven and comfortable working to insurer KPIs
- Up to $90k + Super (depending on experience)
