In this role, you will be the vital link between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. You’ll work closely with the design team, and coordinating all stages of retail fit-out projects from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications.
- Oversee procurement, order tracking, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- 3 - 5 years Design background (interior design, retail design, or similar) with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in retail design/fit-out, shopfitting, or commercial construction projects preferred.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software advantageous.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Up to $120k + Super (experience dependent), 6 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent.
