As their workload continues to grow, they are looking to expand their team, making this is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into (or continue developing within) a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role.
This position would suit either someone from a trade or site-based background (within the high-end sector) who’s ready to move into a more office-based, commercially focused role, or someone with existing experience in the position who is looking to progress.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced project team and getting exposure to procurement, contracts, budgets and scheduling across a range of residential projects valued up to $3.5m. It’s a close-knit, supportive business that truly looks after its people, with strong mentoring and long-term career progression on offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, councils and trades
- Prepare, assess, and finalise subcontractor packages in accordance with project budgets and head contract requirements
- Maintain oversight of project documentation, financial accounts, and progress reporting
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring ongoing site compliance
- Monitor and manage construction schedules, forecasting upcoming trade and material needs
- Qualified carpenter, site-based professional, or experienced Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator
- Experience working across architecturally designed residential renovations, extensions or new builds valued $1.5m+
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with clients, architects and trades
- Experience with Procore (or similar software) is advantageous but not essential
