The Project Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising on‑site installation works, coordinating labour and materials, and ensuring all project delivery activities comply with specifications and safety requirements. You’ll complete presales site inspections, support technical problem‑solving on site, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the delivery process.

This position offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within a growing modular construction environment.

  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation teams and subcontractors across multiple modular sites statewide.
  • Conduct presales site assessments to determine delivery feasibility and recommend safe installation strategies.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics, materials, and labour for modular installations.
  • Attend pre‑delivery inspections and verify build quality and completeness.
  • Implement and uphold all HSEQ standards and safe work practices.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and productivity; initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and attend weekly construction meetings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and provide on‑site support.
  • Complete client handovers and coordinate defect rectification where needed.
About You
  • Strong background in modular construction delivery or installation(essential).
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction site supervision or project delivery.
  • Confident managing trades, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to interpret construction drawings and implement construction programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Databuild/Onsite Companion experience beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety legislation.
  • Willingness to travel statewide, including a few nights away per month.
