Project Development Manager – Land Development
We’re partnering with a growing project and development group delivering end-to-end land development and civil infrastructure services. Combining the resources of a larger operator with the personalised approach of a boutique consultancy, they’re seeking a motivated Project Development Manager or Senior Project Development Manager.
The Role
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from due diligence and feasibility, through planning approvals, to delivery and construction. You’ll drive project outcomes while collaborating closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure milestones are met.
- Prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate design briefs and manage the design process.
- Track and manage project financial performance.
- 5+ years’ experience in Civil Project or Development Management, ideally in land development.
- Must have due diligence and feasibility, through design planning approvals, to delivery and constructio n
- Background in civil engineering design and/or project management highly regarded.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive team player, comfortable hands-on across all project phases.
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
- Australian Experience essential - must have PR or be a citizen
- Financial acumen, ideally with Estate Master experience.
