This role is focused on healthcare and medical environments, including hospitals, day surgeries, specialist clinics, and health hubs, where compliance, precision, and stakeholder management are critical.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded national contractor with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector and a secured pipeline of technically challenging projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of healthcare fit-out and construction projects
- Managing complex stakeholder groups including clinicians, consultants, and operators
- Overseeing programme, cost, risk, and compliance in live or sensitive environments
- Leading and mentoring Project Managers and site teams
- Ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations, codes, and standards
- Driving quality outcomes in highly serviced and technical builds
- Proven experience delivering healthcare, medical, or hospital projects
- Current Project Director, or Senior Project Manager ready to step up
- Strong understanding of compliance, services coordination, and live environment staging
- Background with a principal contractor (Tier 1 or 2 preferred)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex builds
- Experience with Procore, MS Project & Jobpac
- Relevant construction qualification
