The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead major civil infrastructure projects in Perth from start to finish. In this high impact leadership role, you will take ownership of project planning, budgets, schedules and delivery while managing teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure outstanding results.
You will shape and inspire a high performing team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and accountability while supporting individuals to develop new skills, tackle challenges and grow their careers, all while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance.
To Be Successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Director delivering large scale infrastructure projects
- Experience with Alliance or Managing Contractor contract delivery, with (Defence sector experience highly desirable)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate effectively with internal and external clients
- A track record of successfully managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting to senior leadership
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices
