Position: Project Director
Project/s: Portfolio of $multi- billion renewable projects
Location: Melbourne
- Opportunity to work for a Tier 1 contractor on a major renewable projects
- Office based positions in Melbourne with flexible working
- Over see a portfolio of projects.
- Ensure assigned project(s) are delivered on-time, within scope and budget across entire portfolio of projects
- Implement project and construction management tools and controls to ensure best practice is applied across
- entire project portfolio
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain scalable site construction management organisation across the portfolio
- Coordinate, manage and lead construction management staff and resources across entire portfolio
- Ensure transition from Project Phase and to Service handover.
- 3-5 years experience in project management of large scale projects
- Experience delivering projects $500mil+
- Experience managing relationships with Internal & External Stakeholders
- Proven experience leading one or several project teams.
