You'll lead the $500m+ project from construction to commissioning and in to O&M. Overseeing senior construction manager & 2 x Project Managers that will lead the site based work. Your role is office based with weekly travel to site.

The Project Director plays a central role in driving outcomes across safety, programme, commercial performance, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities of the Project Director include:
As Project Director, you will hold full accountability for the safe and successful delivery of large-scale renewable power generation projects.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, transport, logistics, plant & equipment, and grid connection interfaces.
This role suits an experienced Project Director or Senior Project Manager who has delivered major renewable, transmission, EHV Substations or energy infrastructure projects and is comfortable operating at scale.
The Requirements of the Project Director :
- Proven experience as Project Director / Senior Project Manager in large-scale EPC renewable or energy projects in Australia
- Demonstrated delivery of utility-scale power generation projects (100MW+)
- Experience across solar, wind, BESS or hybrid projects is essential
- Strong leadership capability across large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Confident in managing complex risk, programme, and stakeholder environments
