An established and growing infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to deliver civil construction projects from tender through to completion. Based in Bunbury with flexible rosters and reporting to the Construction Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects within a supportive, safety-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects in line with client requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Manage project costs across all stages, including forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis
- Oversee contract compliance, variations, claims, and financial reporting
- Ensure quality standards and systems of work are implemented effectively
- Procure and manage subcontractors to achieve best value outcomes
- Monitor project programs and implement mitigation strategies where required
- Degree qualified in Engineering
- Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (circa $20M+)
- Strong commercial and cost management skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience with relevant road authority specifications (desirable)
