The Role Reporting to senior project leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering accurate project reports, forecasts, and progress updates
- Coordinating construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
- Managing site workforce and subcontractors to ensure quality, productivity, and program outcomes
- Interpreting designs and recommending improvements to improve constructability and methodology
- Monitoring cost, productivity, revenue, and program performance
- Supporting and developing team members through mentoring and coaching
- Assisting with contract administration, including variations and claims
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in structural works and bridge construction
- Sound understanding of head contracts and subcontract agreements
- Exposure to contractual claims and variations
- Ability to interpret client specifications and develop ITPs
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach on site
