Project Engineer
Design & Build Recruitment is recruiting an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our client’s team on an exciting and landmark high rise apartment new build project. This project has an established and supportive team ready to work with you.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the project management team.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Working with other Engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Liaising with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.
- MUST have site or project engineer experience on new build projects $30M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
