Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Support project programming, procurement and cost control
- Monitor construction progress and quality on site
- Ensure WHS and compliance requirements are met
- Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs and variations
- Experience working as a Project Engineer (or strong Project Coordinator experience ready to step up) on commercial fit out construction projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Building or a related discipline
