What You’ll Do
- Lead project engineering activities on a refurbishment project valued up to $20 million
- Plan, coordinate and supervise works, equipment, subcontractors and personnel on site.
- Provide technical advice across design, construction, modifications and remedial works.
- Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, progress records, and project deliverables.
- Develop, monitor and update programs, schedules and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and project standards.
- Facilitate project team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Proven experience in project engineering roles with refurbishment, building upgrade or fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings and contract requirements.
- Excellent communicator - confident in stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills.
- Construction White Card (or ability to obtain), and a commitment to site Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
