The Opportunity
You’ll join the delivery team on a $1bn + project in Sydney CBD — a high-profile mixed-use development that showcases premium architecture, advanced engineering and thoughtful placemaking. They are now seeking a capable Project Engineer to support the Senior Project Manager and wider team with the engineering, coordination and technical execution that underpins project success.

The Role
- Supporting project delivery with detailed engineering coordination and technical oversight
- Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project documentation including drawings, schedules and submittals
- Liaising with consultants, design teams, sub-contractors and site teams to resolve technical and design queries
- Assisting with procurement tasks, scope reviews, trade coordination and contract packages
- Tracking progress against program, quality and cost expectations
- Conducting engineering site inspections and ensuring constructability is clearly communicated
- Contributing to look-ahead programs, risk registers, meeting minutes and engineering reports
- Tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Construction Engineering
- 3–5+ years’ experience in an engineering or engineering-support role on medium to large high-rise construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, services coordination and buildability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders and multi-discipline teams
- Highly organised, technically sharp and solutions-driven
- Confident with engineering platforms and documentation tools
- Competitive salary package up to $200,000 (inclusive of Super)
