Design & Build is recruiting two experienced and motivated Project Engineers to join our client’s team on two separate luxury high rise apartment new build projects. Join from inception. This project has an established and supportive team ready to work with you.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the project management team.
- Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
- Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Liaising with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to high rise apartment projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work for a very well-established developer builder
