About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, structures, and earthworks
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Support project planning, programming, and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with TMR standards, HSEQ requirements, and project specifications
- Prepare and review project documentation including SWMS, ITPs, and QA records
- Assist with variations, progress claims, and commercial reporting
- Work collaboratively with site teams to drive program and productivity
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- 4–5+ years’ experience in civil construction (subdivisions, roads, or structures preferred)
- Exposure to TMR projects or similar road infrastructure highly regarded
- Strong understanding of site-based project delivery and construction methodology
- Confident communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both FIFO and local environments (depending on project allocation)
- Local SEQ and interstate FIFO opportunities
