About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Glendenning, NSW. This is a full-time permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a range of projects while coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project delivery through effective planning, technical review, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Project Engineer you'll coordinate and communicate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to support project delivery
- This Project Engineer will review, check, and verify precast drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- As the Project Engineer you will develop and manage casting schedules in line with project timelines
- The Project Engineer will monitor and manage project programmes to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- The Project Engineer will manage and track project budgets, identifying risks and cost variations where required
- The project Engineer will review project documentation and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and contractual requirements
- This Project Engineer will support project planning, reporting, and progress monitoring
- Assist with resolving technical and coordination issues during project delivery
- Degree qualification in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field)
- Experience working in a Project Engineer or similar role within construction, precast, or structural engineering environments
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience with project scheduling and program management
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
