Project Manager – Health & Laboratory Projects (PC2/PC3)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in complex, technical projects - particularly PC2 and PC3 laboratory environments.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to delivery on major health and laboratory projects across Melbourne. Your work will include:
- Leading design management and documentation phases
- Overseeing tender preparation, assessment, and procurement
- Managing construction delivery, claims, reporting, and contract administration
- Acting as superintendent and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Providing strategic guidance across contracts and project governance
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
- 5–7+ years of project management experience
- Proven background delivering health and laboratory projects, ideally with PC2 or PC3 lab experience
- Strong understanding of design, procurement, and contract processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Front-end delivery experience highly regarded
- Candidates from the builder’s side with strong CA experience will also be considered
