Project Manager - Commercial Fit Outs

An established and highly regarded construction company, specialising in hospitality and commercial projects across Australia is seeking a Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This business is known for delivering high-end hotel, restaurant, resort and retail fit-out and refurbishment projects, from boutique through to large-scale developments.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the full delivery of diverse construction projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a pivotal role with strong internal support and clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Drive project timelines, budgets and quality outcomes
• Lead site and project teams, ensuring milestones are met
• Uphold WHS and compliance standards across all activities

• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial and/or hospitality construction projects
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, building or a related field
