As a result of their continued growth over the years, our client is seeking  Project Manager  to join their team for projects across the Pilbara.

About the role

This role would suit someone who has had solid experience within the civil space, specifically with concrete and bulk earthworks, utilities and infrastructure projects.
Ideally someone who has had experience in rostered / remote positions.  

  • Lead and mentor a team of Engineers a contractors
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to meet objectives and milestones.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, implementing strategies for cost control and efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timeline, budget, and resource distribution.
  • Enforce and promote rigorous safety protocols, fostering a safety-first team environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects, consistently exceeding industry expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and address potential risks, taking proactive measures to overcome challenges.
About You
  • Previous experience in a PM role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil – Desirable
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles, industry design standards, and modern construction methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, motivating, and leading diverse teams Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
