Fit Out Project Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a fitout project manager with experience working across a variety of fitout projects - retail, education, hospitality, health, & office up to the value of $10M.
This is a permanent position based in a Brisbane office and obviously out of site. The successful applicant will be expected to run between 2 - 3 projects at a time, whilst maintain a quality and profitability mindset. You will be well supported by your construction manager and well-staffed with a CA, site manager and supervisors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Executing project delivery strategy on fit out projects
- Effectively lead your Contracts Admin, Site Managers and Trades
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Program/schedule management
- Financial management and budgeting
- Assisting with preparation and attending client pitches and presentations
- Recent and relevant Commercial fit-out experience
- Strong proven track record in the construction industry
- Commitment to safety
- Fit out planning, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Willingness to assist in company growth and process improvement
