Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager
to join a well-established construction contractor specialising in high-end fitout and refurbishment projects
across Hospitality, Hotels, Wellness Centres, Penthouses and Premium Dining venues
throughout the Sydney CBD.
This role will see you delivering projects valued at circa $10M, working within a business that has a strong and immediate pipeline of work
and is urgently expanding its delivery team. You will be supported by established systems, processes, and experienced site teams, with the opportunity to step into a business that is set up for success and long-term growth.
Role:
• End-to-end management of high-end fitout and refurbishment projects valued at approximately $10M.
• Managing and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Overseeing programming, procurement, cost control, and project delivery to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are achieved.
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of premium hospitality environments.
• Managing contractual obligations, variations, progress claims, and reporting in line with company systems and procedures.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, in compliance with WHS, quality, and company standards.
• Supporting business growth through leadership, team support, and contribution to upcoming pipeline projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Hospitality or Hotel
projects valued around $10M.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and problem-solving skills.
