The Project
You’ll be managing a data centre project with a mechanical services value of circa $12m, working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
What your day looks like:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor program, budget, and quality outcomes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and review project reporting, variations, and financial tracking.
- Proven experience delivering mechanical/HVAC projects around $5m mechanical value & above.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to oversee multiple project stages.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid technical understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
