As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of HVAC installations on a wide variety of D&C commercial, healthcare, retail, and industrial projects up to $10m
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. This candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, working closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
- Utilize your strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and resources to optimize project delivery
- Demonstrate excellent people management skills to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Implement effective strategies to ensure seamless coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize your negotiation skills to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during projects
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performances, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proven experience managing D&C HVAC projects up to $10m
- Mechanical Engineering or trade qualified background
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, engineering, and project management principles
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within the HVAC industry
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent people management and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire project teams
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry
