D&B are working with a well established Commercial Construction company who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their existing team.
This specific role will be to commence on a variety hospitality construction projects in the Sydney Metropolitan area,
This will be a contract position with the opportunity for longer term employment.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee site teams
- PM with substantial experience working on Commercial and Hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications
- Project Management or relevant degree desirable
- Previously worked on Commercial projects in NSW
