We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager
to lead and oversee interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across workplace projects based in the South of Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple concurrent projects, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, manage site teams, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the interior fit-out and/or refurbishment industry.
- Experience working across office workplace fit out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety legislation, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
