The Company:
A well-established and respected Tier 2 commercial builder with projects valued up to $50M. Established over 50 years years ago, this company have a track record of delivering successful projects across the whole commercial sector. Mainly within Commercial, Health, Education and Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of new build projects from pre construction to delivery to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build projects $20M - $40M.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
