The Role
Working closely with the wider team, the Project Manager will take the lead across 2-3 projects concurrently. These projects typically involve several high-end townhouses built with basements. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and collaboration to successfully drive projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of multiple townhouse builds from end to end
- Collaborate with Contract Administrators and Site Managers to ensure program, budget, and quality targets are met
- Contribute to a growing team and business structure aimed at scaling active projects
- Experience delivering townhouse projects with basements, ideally in the high-end residential sector
- Proven success as a Project Manager in a similar environment
- A driven, motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with a business long-term
- Ability to integrate into a close-knit team and align with existing systems and processes
