Our client has specialised in the commercial fit out space for more than 15 years now and having repeat business means they always have a solid project pipeline. They are a company that has delivered exciting projects up to $10m across the Sydney CBD and are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
As the Project Manager -Reporting to the Senior Project Manager your duties will include:
- Ensuring clients are kept updated and informed throughout each project.
- Lead, support and take leadership of any projects under construction.
- Contract and scope management and cost control/budget management.
- Management of all contract and internal variations.
- Document control for site managers and contractors.
- Working with the project teams to identify and develop strategies for managing risk and opportunity.
- Assisting site managers and other relevant staff to ensure the most efficient use of staff and physical resources.
- Developing client relationships, identifying and developing opportunities for new work.
- Monitoring and accurately reviewing projects against planned activities and programmes.
- Minimum 3 years fit out experience as a Project Manager within the construction, interior design, or refurbishment industry.
- Minimun 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eligible to work full time within Australia
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject
