The Opportunity
With a flagship $50M large-format retail development underway in Sydney, this is an opportunity for a proven Project Manager
to take ownership of a high-profile build from start to finish. You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team who value open communication, decisive action, and empowering their PMs to run their projects with autonomy.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end delivery of a $50M large-format retail project, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met
- Leading programming, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Driving procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve design and buildability issues
- Overseeing HSEQ compliance and ensuring a high standard of site presentation
- Identifying and managing risks while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Building, or similar
- 5+ years in a Project Manager role, ideally with industrial, retail or complex commercial builds
- Proven track record delivering projects $20M+ from inception to completion
- Strong commercial acumen and confident leadership style
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative, decisive operator who thrives on delivering results
- Up to $250,000 package depending on experience
