The Project

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final handover
- Lead and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards
- Uphold WHS, compliance and environmental standards across all activities
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships in a sensitive project environment
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, community, or institutional projects ($10M+)
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related field
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex and sensitive environments
- Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
