The Opportunity
As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager
to lead the delivery of high end and design driven developments in Sydney.
This role offers the chance to take full ownership of major projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be mentoring junior staff and playing a key role in client, consultant, and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring program, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
- Leading procurement strategies in collaboration with senior commercial staff
- Managing subcontractor agreements, cost reporting, and financial tracking through Procore
- Coordinating programming, scheduling, and resource planning across multiple trades
- Driving quality assurance, design management, and buildability reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication
- Mentoring and developing junior project and site staff, fostering a collaborative team culture
- Leading project finalisation, including commissioning, defects management, and handover
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in project management, with recent exposure to complex multi-residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project reporting
- Proficiency in project management systems (Procore and MS Project ideal)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within live environments or on large-scale projects is highly regarded
- Salary package up to $300,000 + Super depending on experience
