We’re starting the search for an experienced Project Manager
to a Melbourne-based construction company who specialise in commercial building, fit-outs, and refurbishment projects across Victoria. The role will be on an initial 3 month contract, with the option to transition to a full-time role
for the right candidate.
This role will focus on pavilion upgrades, small refurbishments, and structural elements, working closely with institutional clients and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of pavilion upgrade and small refurbishment projects.
- Manage site activities, coordination, and scheduling to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Liaise confidently with institutional clients (councils, community groups, public sector).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, using Hammertech, Procore, and Lookaheads software.
- Provide strong leadership to site teams and subcontractors.
- Proven experience managing refurbishment or structural upgrade projects for institutional clients.
- Proficiency with Hammertech, Procore, and Lookaheads.
- Excellent site management, coordination, and client liaison skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- 3 month contract with the potential to become a full-time role.
