As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the on‑site delivery of 20–25 homes across the Tamworth region. You will lead the daily operations of each site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in alignment with their design and inclusions commitments. You’ll act as the primary liaison between subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all trades and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring efficient sequencing, trade coordination, and consistent progress monitoring
- Monitor quality control, ensuring works comply with plans, specifications, and company inclusions
- Manage site safety and WHS compliance (site inductions, toolbox talks, hazard identification)
- Coordinate with procurement, estimators, and design teams to ensure material deliveries align with site needs
- Manage site documentation and reports (daily diaries, progress photos, subcontractor reports)
- Track schedule milestones and escalate delays or risks to senior management
- Mentor and guide site staff (including apprentices or junior supervisors)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or equivalent, ideally in residential housing or multi‑home projects
- Capability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong technical knowledge of building methods, residential standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem solver with ability to respond to issues proactively
- Competent in reading plans, specifications, and managing quality assurance
- Sound organisational skills, time management, and ability to prioritise
- Driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
