The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager
to lead delivery on an upcoming $60M premium residential project in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.
You'll oversee from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the vision seamlessly meets execution.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading full lifecycle delivery: procurement, program, construction, and finalisation
- Managing budgets, cost reporting, variations and commercial performance
- Overseeing subcontractors, consultants and site teams to deliver on quality, schedule and safety
- Driving compliance with contractual, regulatory and company standards
- Coordinating with design teams to manage buildability, design changes, and client/stakeholder expectations
- Producing periodic reports and updates for senior leadership and project stakeholders
- Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in residential, mixed-use or high-quality commercial builds
- Proven track record delivering projects in budget, on schedule, and to exacting finish standards
- Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and contract skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Competitive salary package of up to $250,000
