We’re working with a leading national fitout and construction group seeking an experienced Project Manager
to join their Victorian team on a short-term contract, with potential for extension depending on upcoming project awards.
You’ll be based in the Southeastern suburb office, managing a diverse pipeline of commercial projects including hospitality venues, retail stores, education facilities, and medical centres. Current and upcoming works include:
- Hospitality venues
- Outdoor steel canopy
- Kiosk and pet store
- Restaurant, chemist, and medical centre
- Coffee shop, retail store, two sports stores.
- Manage project programme, budget, and client relationships
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Order materials and manage delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish
- Potential interstate travel as required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fitout
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Available for an immediate start
- Immediate interviews (Teams or in-office)
- Start ASAP
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Competitive hourly rate: $75 p/h + super
- Potential contract extension
