The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager
to join the delivery team, initially on a $60M luxury apartment project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of the entire construction process, from procurement through to delivery, working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver a premium product.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects
- Overseeing procurement, subcontractor agreements, and commercial performance
- Driving program, quality, and safety objectives across all stages of delivery
- Liaising with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve buildability issues
- Monitoring cost control, forecasting, and reporting to senior management
- Leading site teams and fostering collaboration across trades and project stakeholders
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with high-end residential or mixed-use projects
- Proven track record managing projects $40M+ from start to finish
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within a developer-builder environment will be highly regarded
- Salary package up to $260,000 depending on experience
