Project Manager
Design and Build is partnering with a well-established Tier 3 commercial builder who are expanding their new build division and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this role offers long-term stability and the chance to deliver high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
You’ll take the lead on new build projects up to $40M, with a focus on education, commercial, and industrial sectors. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle while working closely with a collaborative leadership team that values clear communication, quality delivery, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Background delivering new build projects ideally between $10M–$40M
- Strong contract, subcontractor, programming and financial management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams
- A steady, solutions-driven approach to delivering projects safely, on time, and to expectation
